💡 Why 7,000 steps?
Recent research shows that averaging 7,000 steps/day is linked to clinically significant health benefits — and it’s a goal we can reach.
🎁 Monthly Prizes:
1. One random winner from participants averaging 7,000+ steps/day (can win multiple times)
2. One random winner from all participants (cannot win more than once)
Each winner gets $10!

Join us for a fun night of crafts featuring magazine/newspaper art!

Cultural Trivia Night
Join us on Thursday March 26th from 6:00-7:30 pm in MSB 2278 for a fun night of cultural trivia rounds to celebrate diversity!
Each team will have a maximum of 3 players. You can find your teammates before the event and register your team here or team up with other attendees on the night of the event!

Skate Social
Join us at Nathan Phillips Square on February 5th at 6pm for a fun night of skating and hot chocolate! The first 5 registrants will get $5 off their skate rental!
Holiday Decorating Contest
Submissions are now open for our annual Holiday Decorating Contest!!
Get creative and decorate your lab door, window, whiteboard, or any other flat surface you can find. To enter the contest, email a photo of the decorated space along with your lab/team name to pgsa.toronto@gmail.com by December 11th, 2025 (11.59PM).
The winner will be announced at the PharmTox Holiday Lunch on December 12th at the Faculty Club.

Holiday Raffle
The holidays are almost here, and the PGSA is excited to kick off our annual Holiday Raffle!
As always, prizes have been generously donated by our faculty and staff, and 100% of this year’s proceeds will go to our 2025–26 philanthropic initiative: the Daily Bread Food Bank.

Each ticket = one entry for any of the available prizes
At the Departmental Holiday Lunch on Friday, December 12th, we’ll draw as many names as we have prizes
Winners pick their prize in the order they’re drawn
The prize list will be updated as we get closer to the event (expect lots of gift cards from local and international retailers!)

Join us outside for a fun post-orientation social!
Kick off your first year with a relaxed afternoon of fun! Join us for ice cream cones, popsicles, frisbee, and good company. Meet fellow students, make new friends, and enjoy some casual outdoor fun! It will take place in Queens park, right across from MSB (east exit).
All pharmacology students are welcome.
